Young men walk through the night
Believing their heart is hardened for what lurks
Their folly makes them blind from knowing
They have little light

Crunches of branches strikes fear
Cowering at the slightest leer
Deluding the mind to think one as a warrior
Yet lacking the courage to even face a lawyer

Their bark is loud but whimpers in silence
As dogs returning to their old vomit
They submit to the wicked alliance
Now their shame burns as a comet

A heart of steel is our shield
A spirit of fire is our sword
The steel molded by courage which doesn’t yield
The flames kindled by the holy word
