As we sit back and watch the events unfold around the world, it becomes more clear that we are nearing the end and that the Second Coming of Yahweh Ben Yahweh is nigh. For most, we are rejoicing and cheering for Yahweh Ben Yahweh. However, there are some among us who are worried of what is to come. Some are worried about not having enough dehydrated food, where they’re going, what to do, if the military will attack them in the mountains and if they will get them or not. Please. Just stop worrying!

Firstly, dehydrated food is a worry which some stress over. If you are able to find a local market store near you, go into that store and search for dried foods in bulk. For example, a 12 pound bag of rice or 6-8 pound bag of lentils would suffice. Instead of forking over so much money, why not dehydrate your food yourself? Go on eBay or Amazon, search for a vacuum sealer dehydrator along with FoodVac Bags or vacuum sealer dehydrator bags so you can dehydrate your food yourself. Personally, the only dehydrated foods I would buy are dehydrated milk powder, eggs, and honey since there is a specific routine in which they are condensed into powder form. However, there are tutorials online on how to do this yourself as well. My personal advice is if you are running on a budget then invest in a dehydrator which is rather reasonable in its pricing range on eBay and Amazon. You can buy as much quantity of food as you want without forking over obscene amounts of money for a little amount of food. Most sites that offer dehydrated foods come in rather small amounts with large prices. For example, an Augason Farms can which contains 5 lbs of dehydrated strawberries can be on the market for nearly $40. Instead of throwing away $40 on only 5 lbs of fruits, you can get five 1lb boxes of strawberries for about $2 to $4 each and dehydrate them all yourself with your own dehydrator; totaling $10 to $20 depending on the price, which would be either a quarter or half of the price of that can. If you want more, you can spend the same $40 but have double the amount of strawberries by buying five more boxes and dehydrating.

Furthermore, if anyone is worrying about not having a wide variety of dehydrated foods, don’t. Moses and the Israelites survived off of manna for their time in the wilderness. Joseph and his brothers survived just off of corn during the famine which struck Egypt while Joseph was king. We eat to live. We don’t live to eat. It is a luxury to have a wide variety of food at our disposal; a great blessing from the Most High. During survival, we can be well off of from consuming one source of food as shown in the scriptures. Make sure to prioritize starchy foods such as rice, pasta, lentils, oats, nuts with high fats such as cashews and walnuts, potatoes, and bananas. These are foods which will keep you guys full. Flour and yeast is also important as well since you can make practically dozens of things with the main staples of flour and yeast such as a variety of breads, pizzas, cookies, biscuits, and pancakes. Not to mention, wheat gluten as well to create vegan steaks and vegan chicken. Storing corn is another good option as well. To close this topic off, just remember, if you don’t have a great variety of foods with vegetables and fruits, don’t panic! If you only have a select group of foods such as potatoes, pasta, lentils and bananas, then just make sure it is in good enough quantity of 30 to 45 lbs at best- if you can manage since it will be the only food you will be living off of.

Another thing to consider is edible plants. There are many plants around us right now which may actually be edible and we wouldn’t even know. Some of us in our times of childhood had to help our parents rip up the plants from the ground and throw it away because it was “making the house look ugly”. What we didn’t know is that the plants we were throwing away could’ve been food for us to eat. Despite the land not being as lively when it comes to growing food as it used to be in biblical times, the Most High still found ways to give us food to eat in our backyard and keep us fed yet we were taught to throw it away because our families were too infatuated with the appearance of their house. If you have your own backyard or front yard which has plants, examine it and see if it is a plant which has been proven to be edible.

This is why it is important to be in the mountains because there will be plants in the mountains which will be a blessing sent from the Most High to nourish you and keep you fed during time of destruction.

Psalms 22:26

“The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.”

Psalm 78:24-25

24 And had rained down manna upon them to eat, and had given them of the corn of heaven.

25 Man did eat angels’ food: he sent them meat to the full.

The Most High has always looked after his Hebrews when they were in need. The Most High gave them the manna to survive off of with Moses leading the way. You don’t think the Most High will do this again to keep you fed during the time of need? I am not saying that the Most High will give manna again but the point that I’m making is that He will lead you to find these edible plants in the mountains to be fed. This will happen only if you have faith in Him and do not lose faith just because you don’t have meat in your hand and you think the world is over; panicking that you will starve to death when you are literally surrounded by food. It is up to us to do our part in preparing and gathering food for the mountains and building and keeping faith. If we are just sitting on junk food and soda pop with no sort of dehydrated food, how can the Most High take us seriously? So just do your part, keep faith and leave it up to Yahweh Elohim and the Heavenly Father will guide you to edible plants in the mountains to support you.

Below is a list of edible plants commonly found in North America and Europe:

Curly Dock

You’ll find this in neglected areas like parking strips, roadsides, and overgrown lawns. Look for long, pointed leaves with a wavy edge growing out of a central taproot. Curly dock mainly provides Vitamin C, Iron, Vitamin A, Magnesium, Manganese, and Copper. Curly dock also has numerous health benefits such as better skin health, maintains positive mood, better vision, better bone health, treats anemia, better cardiovascular health, detoxification of the body, better digestion and improved kidney health.

Edible parts: The leaves are the edible parts. The young ones taste best.

Flavor: Because of the oxalic acid content, this has a sour kick. It has a similar taste to spinach.

Caution: Don’t eat too much of this plant as it contains oxalic acid. Make sure you aren’t eating a plant that has been poisoned.

Dandelions

Dandelions are an underappreciated plant that far too many people are eager to eliminate. They are nutritious, easy to find and taste wonderful.

Dandelion greens can be eaten cooked or raw. They contain an excellent source of vitamins A, C and K. They also contain vitamin E, folate and small amounts of other B vitamins.

Dandelion greens provide a great amount of different minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium.

The root of the dandelion is rich in the carbohydrate inulin, which is a type of soluble fiber found in plants that helps support growth and maintenance of healthy bacterial in your intestinal tract.

Dandelion root is often dried and consumed as a tea but can also be eaten in its whole form.

Edible parts: The whole plant is edible.

Flavor: Younger plants grown in shaded areas have a milder flavor and are not as bitter as mature plants grown in full sunlight.

Caution: Since many consider this as a weed, make sure you are picking them from an area that hasn’t been treated with pesticides.

Cattails

Not only can you eat this plant, but you can use it to make baskets or mats. The head can be dipped in fat and used as a candle. Look for a brown, cigar-like head on a tall stalk.

Cattails provide great health benefits such as digestion improvement, high caloric content (which will be needed during the time of famine), better skin health, decreasing stress, diabetes, cancer prevention, greater energy, and decreasing the flow of blood (which will be handy if you are wounded from a fight and you are healing). Main nutrients in which cattails provide are Manganese, Vitamin K, Magnesium, Fiber, and Iron.

Edible parts: Inner part of the plant, roots, flower spikes, and pollen can be consumed.

Flavor: It has a sweet taste but it differs depending on growing location and environment.

Caution: Don’t mistake this for the blue flag iris (Iris versicolor). They grow in similar areas

Amaranth (Amaranthus retroflexus)

You’ll often find it growing wild in fields or abandoned gardens. The stem is the easiest way to identify this plant. The upper part is covered in dense, short hairs that have a reddish tint. Health benefits that amaranth provides high protein, high calcium, better digestion, high vitamin K, improves vision through high vitamin A, and high potassium which helps lower blood pressure.

Edible parts: Both wild and domesticated versions of this plant are edible. You can eat the whole plant, though some parts are best cooked before being eaten.

Flavor: Amaranth has a nutty flavor.
Caution: Make sure you pick from areas that haven’t been poisoned

Horehound

Edible Parts: Aerial parts are used. Leaves and the flowers can be added into a salad, stir-fry, soup or stew but only once in awhile. This is a plant that is not intended to be consumed as food on a regular basis. This is used more in herbal remedies to help eliminate occasional maladies. It is an immune booster so drinking a cup of horehound tea once a week can be beneficial. It tastes very bitter so adding honey to sweeten is recommended.

Flavor: It has a minty taste

Location: It is commonly found in United Kingdom but it’s also found in Canada, throughout Europe, the US, Australia, Southern Africa, and Western Asia.

Watercress

As the name implies, watercress grows in dense mats in shallow running water. It is full of vitamins and minerals. It is rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Calcium, and Manganese.

Edible parts: The leaves, stems, and flowers are edible.

Flavor: Mild to bold peppery, horseradish flavor. It can be a great replacement for your typical lettuce and spinach.

Caution: Be sure you are picking from safe water sources and always wash before eating.

Chicory

Edible parts and other uses

The leaves, flowers and also the root of chicory are edible. The roots are actually cultivated commercially and their inulin (sweet carbohydrate) is extracted to create natural sweeteners and dietary supplements. The roots have also been used to create coffee.

The flowers and young leaves can be added raw straight into salads with a good dressing and other wild leafy greens. They have a mild to bitter flavoring that becomes stronger in older leaves. It is often recommended that cooking the leaves through will help to improve their flavor.

Chicory has also been used as herbal remedies to treat high blood pressure, stomach issues and inflammations.

Cautions

Chicory is considered safe to consume, however care should be taken by pregnant women and diabetics. It is possible that compounds within chicory can cause contractions and lower blood sugar, which could prove very dangerous for pregnant women and diabetics. However, these dangers are only usually present if consuming a high amount of chicory.

Chickweed

You’ll find this growing wild in lawns and cool, shady areas where the soil is moist. Chickweed can be used in many ways, both in culinary and medicinal applications, such as in the form of an oil, compress, tea, poultice or salad vegetable. The most important chickweed health benefits include better skin health, relief of gastrointestinal distress, enhancing respiratory problems, aid in weight loss efforts, removing inflammation, faster healing, and better digestion.

Edible parts: You can eat the leaves of this plant raw, but it has a better taste when cooked.

Flavor: They taste like spinach.

Caution: Don’t eat too much of this plant at one time. Some people are allergic to chickweed and can get contact dermatitis which can result in itching, rashes or redness on the skin, and if consumed, could result in gastrointestinal distress and nausea. Initially, use only a small amount of chickweed and see how your body reacts. There are quite a few potent active ingredients in chickweed that have not been adequately studied in terms of pregnancy. So pregnant and breastfeeding women are recommended to not use this natural remedy.

Location: Most commonly found in Europe and North America.

Lamb’s Quarters

This grows just about everywhere. Look for diamond-shaped leaves coated with a flour-like powder on the underside.

Lamb’s quarters are rich in iron, phosphorus, and calcium. It also contains beta carotene, vitamin B1 and vitamin C. The herb contains more iron and protein than both cabbage and spinach, and more vitamin B1 and calcium than raw cabbage.

Lamb’s quarters have been used traditionally as a remedy for eczema, rheumatic pains, gout, colic, insect stings and bites.

By extracting the sap from the plant stem, freckles were reduced and sunburns were treated. Lamb’s quarters can have a positive effect on chronic wounds as well.

Various native North American tribes used the plant both as a food source and herbal medicine. The Native Americans used the herb in the form of a decoction which was consumed to “improve the blood. A decoction was used both externally for cleansing and internally for painful legs.

The leaves and stems were boiled with beans to help with stomach aches and to reduce bowel gas production caused from the beans. Furthermore, wraps were made from the leaves and used as a treatment for burns.

Edible parts: All parts are edible.

Flavor: It has a salty taste.

Caution: Be careful not to overeat this plant. It shouldn’t be consumed as a daily staple since the compounds in lamb’s quarter can hinder the absorption of certain nutrients.

Broadleaf Plantain

This plant is packed with nutrients, and you can also use it medicinally to treat diarrhea and digestive issues. Look for oval or egg-shaped leaves growing in a rosette. When you break the stems, you’ll find strings that look like celery. Plantain Nutrition

There is an abundance of goodness in the plantain. It also contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, and K.  Plantain also contains good levels of calcium, chromium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, and zinc.

Young leaves can be eaten raw but as they get older they tend to become bitter and quite tedious to prepare because the fibrous strands are best removed before use. Some people blanch the leaves in boiling water before using them in salads in order to make them tender.

Plantain can be used to make a tea and use this tea to prepare rice, quinoa or couscous.

Edible parts: Leaves are edible. Young leaves can be eaten raw but as they get older they tend to become bitter and quite tedious to prepare because the fibrous strands are best removed before use.

Flavor: Earthy taste with a slightly spicy peppery taste.

Caution: You can mistake young lily plants for broadleaf plantain.

Second, for those that fear if the military can bomb the mountains or attack you in the mountains, do not ever have this fear. Will we have to fight? Yes. Will the military be able to bomb the mountains we’re at? Absolutely not! You have to keep faith with the Most High and Son Yahweh Ben Yahweh. We need to stop fearing what man can do. They do not have enough man power to go and search for every single mountain range. The mountains are a blessed creation from the Most High. They are a place which has not been truly changed since the elite have taken control over all the land. They have taken control over the farm land and major forests by cutting trees down, destroying crops, and placing animals in environments that are not meant for them which is incredibly detrimental to the ecosystem. Not to digress, the nutria rodent was released into the wild as a part of the fur trade in the early 1900’s when traders released them into the wild due to the market decline for the nutria’s fur. Since the nutria was left to roam in the wild, this has lead them to damaging crops and property along with causing soil erosion through gnawing of wetland plants and turning swamps into open waters. The nutria rat also carries tuberculosis, tapeworm, liver flukes and nematodes. Nutria rats also dig burrow systems which damages roads, bridges, canals and levees. The level of destruction that has been laid to the ecosystem by man is unprecedented. And that is just one example. However, man has not been able to truly harm the mountains the same way that they have done towards the land. The Most High has designated the mountains as a sacred region in which has stood the test of time from the ancient times to now. It has been laid out in the scriptures that The Most High’s children are to flee to the mountains when time comes.

Matthew 24:15-16
15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand)

16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

The abomination of desolation is in reference to the appearance and reign of the Antichrist. Matthew 24:15-16 tells us that when the Antichrist comes, we are to flee to the mountains.

Now listen to this, why would the Most High lay out our destination of escape from the city as the mountains, if we were to face harm from our enemies there?

It is true that drones will be sent to spy on us in the mountains to try and find us to target us for killing. However, as you know, there is nothing new under the sun. This will be a direct mirroring of when the Egyptians chased the Israelites in the wilderness. We all know how that turned out for the Egyptians in the end. When we are in the mountains, it will be needed for us to cover our tents with greenery or even better create our own primitive shelters out of just sticks and leaves. There are great demonstrations on YouTube of how to create small huts as shelter which will blend in with the rest of the environment. Another key detail to know is to hide under mainly pine trees and other big trees. They will serve as protectors for you and will keep you guarded. As we know, trees are spiritual constructs of nature which have a life essence to it. Some of us have encountered this when walking near trees and the tree would begin slightly shaking- a sign of communication between the Hebrew and nature. The Most High gave the Hebrews dominion spiritually over all forms as noted in Genesis 1:27-31.

Genesis 1:27-31

27 So Yah created man in his [own] image, in the image of Yah created he him; male and female created he them.

28 And Yah blessed them, and Yah said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

29 And Yah said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which [is] upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which [is] the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to everything that creepeth upon the earth, wherein [there is] life, [I have given] every green herb for meat: and it was so.

31 And Yah saw everything that he had made, and, behold, [it was] very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

Since the Most High gave this special gift to his Hebrews, they are more in tune with experiencing trees moving in their presence or even animals such as deer and birds coming up to them in a loving manner. Considering this, trees and animals will do things which you thought were never possible before during time of war. There will be creatures in the mountains that will protect you from your enemies during your times of distress. The trees will help guard you and shelter you in protection from the drones.

There is a time and place for everything; meaning that we will only all experience spiritual miracles such as passing through portals and witnessing the angels and creatures when it is time of spiritual warfare where Satan and his demons are roaming. It might not be fathomable to you now because we are still stuck in the moment of worldly issues but once we enter the times of spiritual warfare amongst spiritual beings- you will know this to be true. The most important thing to keep to heart concerning the protection of the trees and the creatures is that you have to have faith. If we are in constant fear of man, over thinking situations, and being irrational about survival, the Most High won’t be able to deal with us. When we are in constant fear, concocting possibilities of how man will come and take our lives in the mountains, you are giving man unwarranted power over your thoughts and your spirit. The evil doers are living in your head rent free. After the great fortune that the Most High has given you in bringing you back to remembrance, leading you to the light of the covenant, giving you an abundance of blessings, and bringing you to understanding of fleeing to the mountains as a retreat from your enemies which 90% of the world do not understand, why would you doubt His power? Do you understand how inconsiderate you are of the Most High when after all these things He has given you, that you would still think that He would abandon you in the gravest moments? Remember, the Most High never abandons us, we abandon him. People come and go. People change as the seasons do. The Most High never changes. This is why it is important to not put your entire soul into worldly matters such as the love of another man or woman or your own possessions. These things are finite. The love of the Most High is infinite. The Most High’s love will last no matter what- through thick and thin. The same cannot be said for the majority of people that come into our lives. For those of you who are fearful, you need to stop fearing man and stepping on the love of the Most High. You step over Yah’s love when you think so low of Him that He would abandon you at your most dire moments. You know why that is so low? That is because you are bringing him down to the level of a human. Cowardly men abandon you in the times of need. Heartless women abandon you in the times of need. The Most High does not do that. So for you to put the Most High in the light of a human as an absentee guardian in your greatest struggles is very offensive. This is why faith is so important. This is why the Most High is not tolerant of those who have such a lack of faith in Him.

My final point is this. With these last few moments we have before war kicks off, we should take this time to not only prepare for the mountains but mainly to give all our love to the Most High through our works. There hasn’t been a greater time to do works for the Most High than now because this shows that in the time where the average person is most fearful, we are standing our ground and not panicking or losing focus of what our purpose has always been- loving the Most High. Whatever it is that you do, continue your work until you can’t do it anymore one the Internet shuts down. Whether your expertise is music, art, encouragement for others, teaching scriptures, etc, do it to the best of your ability until the end. This is what is most important- to have an answer for Yahweh Ben Yahweh when He asks you, what did you do. This is our most important task. This is what will determine our fate- whether we make it to the kingdom, the planet of shame, the planet of misery, or even worse, the brimstone. If you feel that you will have nothing to say when He asks you this question, you must do more work. All of us have to.

Matthew 10:28

“And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”

This scripture right here tells you everything you need to know about fear. Even if we face death during war from any means, what will matter is our soul. If we know that we did the work and we were diligent in our love of the Most High by following the covenant and using our gifts for good, we can die without fear. The same men that you may fear right now who you think will come for you are scared themselves. The elite know that their time is up. They know what their fate is. They’re scared because they know that they have barely any control over what is occurring. Satan himself is scared because he knows that his fate is his own destruction. They are fearful of facing death because they know that they will be in the brimstone. This is why they put so much effort into anti-aging and living as long as they can to delay the inevitable. The only power play that Satan, his demons and the elite are capable of at this point is to try to take away your crown. They despise you because you are Israel- the jewels of the Most High. They despise you because you have something which they can never have which is the salvation and the love of the Most High Yahweh Elohim and Son Yahweh Ben Yahweh. They will never feel alive. They have been dying ever since they rebelled against the Most High. This is why they hate you so much and work so hard to keep you down and to try to take away your blessing to bring you down with them because misery loves company. So when you understand that even Satan himself is scared and powerless against the Most High, you know that you have all the power in the world over your own fate. Satan only has power in our lives if we give it to him.

Ephesians 6:11-17

11 Put on the whole armour of Yah, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of Yah, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of Yah:

This is the time to be guarded with the armour of Yahweh Elohim and Son Yahweh Ben Yahweh because spiritual attacks will come even harder against us. Do not fear man ever! Do not even have fear of Satan or his demons. The spirit of Yahweh Ben Yahweh is upon you. Do not be fearful for Satan and his demons are far more fearful of Yahweh Ben Yahweh than you even know. Our works for Yahweh Ben Yahweh has to be our highest priority every day until it is time to move onto the mountains in time of war. Your works is what will determine your fate- not only during war but when you are judged by Yahweh Ben Yahweh.

Loving Yahweh Elohim and Yahweh Ben Yahweh is all that matters. Forever and always.

I pray that you all stay safe, stay up, stay strong and to prepare your minds to not be fearful of what is to come. I love you all my Hebrew kings and queens and Gentile brothers and sisters. It is a blessing to know you all in this truth and to share the love of Yahweh Elohim and Son Yahweh Ben Yahweh among you all. Remember; use this moment to do works for Yahweh Elohim and Son Yahweh Ben Yahweh and to love Them by diligently following the covenant. This is what you will take with you as your answer when you are judged by Yahweh Ben Yahweh. Man can come after us with all his technology and gadgets but they will not prevail against Yahweh Elohim’s children. You have to believe that. You don’t think that the Most High will do miracles again as he did through Moses when He was gathering His people from Egypt? Yes, He will. However, it is up to you believe in the Most High’s power and love. It is up to you to have faith. We only have the power to tell you this. We can’t make you believe it. Just remember that the Most High and His Son is all that matters- even when facing struggle from man. When you think that you have met your end as your enemies are closing in on you in the mountains, the Most High will open up a portal for you to pass through. But you have to believe that He will.

Love the Most High Yahweh Elohim and Son Yahweh Ben Yahweh with all your heart in righteousness while you still have this time. Do not fear death if you know that you have done well. You won’t fear death if you know that you have done the work. You won’t fear evil when you know that the Most High Yah Elohim and Son Yahweh Ben Yahweh are with you.

This is all that matters.
